What is Projection Mapping?

Projection Mapping is the creative and technical process of projecting images onto three dimensional surfaces and objects, as opposed to traditional projection which projects only onto flat planes. This can take many forms, but in practical terms, it makes objects look as though the projected image is coming from them, opening incredible amounts of creative potential. Projection Mapping is a relatively new art form, but recently has begun appearing in the corporate, trade show, and live event markets.

What are the benefits of projection mapping for my event?

At its core, projection mapping is an element of visual pizzaz that takes any live event to the next level. It can take simple branding and make it look exceptional, or take complex elements and break them down spatially. Projection Mapping is an incredibly flexible medium, and as a result, it is limited only by your brand and your objectives.
